Pammy Jain started her professional career with IBM associated “ Alphabetics Pvt Ltd.,” Delhi in 1990. Worked closely with foreign embassies in Delhi to serve their IBM computer hardware and software requirements and training. It gave her confidence and taught her professionalism required in the global market.
Her entry into the fashion world began in 1995 with the formulation of her proprietorship firm “Esthetic international”. Esthetic International has been engaged in export of Hi-fashion Women’s Apparel. Starting with the prestigious brand like “De Modedos” Belgium, her esthetics’ for women’s apparel craftsmanship eventually culminated in working for Brands like Armani, Versace, Maria Vasquez, Guess, Marciano, Cecilia de bucourt, Arden B., Grifoni, Paris Hilton, BeBe, …and many more.
Drawing her inspiration from the natural world, Pammy designs timeless clothing imbued with the free-spirited movement and raw strength of the elements. She brings forth powerful pieces for powerful women who are as real and gritty as they are beautiful. Her hand painted and special hand tiedyed apparels are loved and cherished by clients spread across the world.
A woman of many passions, Pammy also expanded her career to include teaching young children with specialized Planet Spark Learning modules. ( youtube)
Pammy had an opportunity to work for an NGO “ Prayas” in Delhi and train many children
under the Government inspired program for Skill enhancement in hand embroidery.
Inspired by Europeon influence team Esthetic put innovative touch on the Indian apparel industry Esthetic introduced concepts like metal applications , specialized hand paints, hand tie dyes, to be applied on women’s apparel. These applications were a huge success amongst all the clientele and created a big demand for such applications. The way ahead continues with new applications and designs to make beautiful apparels from everyday t-shirts to heavy embellished evening dresses.
Esthetic had a humble start with a team of 10 people and went on to become a manufacturing unit with 150 people in-house under its direct control All the trade related activities from design, sampling, production, quality control, finishing and packing are carried out under one roof with adherence to international standards and consistency. Esthetic is fully equipped with required machinery and quality control system with a production capacity of 8000 pcs per month. Esthetic is committed to maintain an efficient logistics infrastructure that seamlessly blends with the customers own supply chain.
